I try not to make this blog too much about pictures of my kids, but oh man, they figured this out yesterday and spent like 45 minutes riding around in circles on the driveway and it just made me soooo happy.
I'm so pleased that they can really play together independently now. I have high hopes for when the baby is born... I know there is going to be upheaval and negative reactions to having this new creature thrown into their routines, but I think that we'll be able to handle it well, since they have each other as playmates. When Henry was born, poor Otto just had to wait for mama's attention. But this time, I'll be able to suggest that they go play something together while they wait for me to deal with whatever baby needs are happening (fingers crossed).

This is so totally cute!!!
Adorable! It's so great when kids figure out that they can be real playmates. Mine are 2 1/2 and almost 4 and have really blossomed as "friends" over the past several months. Congrats on adding a new one to the mix - you're braver than I!
